Problem handling

Can be connected but there is no sound: Click the right earbuds to increase the volume.
One of earbuds cannot be charge: Clean the charging contact of the earbuds and the charging case.
One of the earbuds cannot be connected: Reset the earbuds.
lf the earbuds cannot be charged, please activate the warranty and contact us for after-sales service.

Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case frequently to avoid charging failures.

Method of operation

Take out the earbuds (Earbuds auto power on).
After open the phone Bluetooth , Clickthe earbuds name to pairing.

×2: Click 2 times
×3: Click 3 times
2s: Press and hold for 2 seconds
Reset
If earbuds has any connection or function problems, please reset the earbuds.

Disconnect the earbuds from the phone.
Perform a 4-tap sequence on the L/R earphones, and power off after hearing the prompt.
After placing the earphones into the charging case, take them out again, and wait for the earphones to auto-pair.
