Quick start from your Smartphone

Visit go.withings.com from your smartphone or tablet, and follow the instructions to install the Health Mate™ app.
In the app, follow the instructions to install Withings BPM.

How to take a blood pressure measurement

Sit down in a comfortable position.
Wrap the cuff around your arm. The metal tube should be positioned against your inner arm.
Place your arm on a table and level with your heart.
Turn on your blood pressure monitor. The app starts automatically.
From the app, press the start button launch the mesurement.

How to change the batteries

Use a coin to remove the battery cover.
