Product Information

The product is a 2T folding type hydraulic automobile engine hanging machine. It is designed for lifting heavy objects with a maximum load of 2000kg. Product Usage Instructions

Warning

• The machine should be placed on a solid and level surface to prevent overloading.

Lifting

1. Hook the crane hook to the lifting objects and secure the rope to prevent sliding.
2. Use the handle to tighten the pressure relief valve in a clockwise direction.
3. Place the crane hook in the correct position and operate the handle to lift the objects to the desired height.

Decline

1. Rotate the handle counterclockwise to open the pressure relief valve.
2. Allow the lifting object to steadily decline. Avoid rotating the release valve for more than half a circle.

Discharging Air in the Hydraulic System

1. Remove the oil hole oil plug to let air out.
2. Loosen the release valve and quickly move the handle up and down several times.

Attention: Air may enter the hydraulic system during transportation or use. It is important to discharge the air to ensure normal operation of the jack.

Use matters needing attention

Lifting

• The crane hook in lifting objects, Hook the rope, To prevent the sliding of lifting objects.
• Use the handle to tighten the pressure relief valve in a clockwise direction.
• The crane hook should be placed in the correct position, Up and down the operating handle, and rose to the desired height.

Decline

A rotating handle with a slow counterclockwise direction, To open the pressure relief valve, lifting thing’s steady decline, release valve rotation is generally not more than half a circle.

Matters needing attention

• Air in the process of transportation or use will enter the hydraulic system and affect the normal use of the jack,So the air should be discharged.

Warning

1. The resurgence of the heavy weight lifting machines should be placed on a solid level of the cane on the ground; overloading is strictly prohibited.

Maintain

• One. Refueling: Place the jack in the lowest position, and take off the oil plug, the oil liquid should be about 8 mm from the oil hole liquid, then install the oil plug.
• Two. Lubrication: Every three months to support the shaft and a link shaft lubricating oil boom.
• Three. Rustproof: Wipe the rust sports with a tarpaulin, Hoisting machine is not applicable, should be the jack in the lowest position.
