Always read the instructions before using this product.
Using Instruction
- Open junction box
Loosen the 4 screws on each corner with a screwdriver and remove the cover plate.
The screws are fixed to the cover, so they cannot fall out.
- Position and secure cable glands
Position and secure the cable glands in the position where the wires will be threaded through.
- Switch off the mains power (electric meter box)
- Connect wires
Connect the wiring as described in the receiver’s installation manual.
If applicable, connect the earth wires to the terminal block in the corner of the junction box.
- Position and secure receiver
The receiver can only be positioned in 1 way. Once in position, secure the receiver with screws.
- Tighten cable glands
Tighten the cable glands by turning clockwise to protect the inside from dust and moist.
Use 7-12 mm diameter cable for an optimal seal.
Other cable sizes can negatively affect the waterproofness of the junction box.
- Mount junction box
Affix the junction box onto a wall or another surface for extra stability.
- Switch on the mains power (electric meter box) to continue the installation
Shock hazard! Do not contact any exposed wiring.
Only touch the plastic housing of this product.
- Assign Trust Smart Home transmitter code
Read the receiver’s manual for the code learning procedure.
- Close junction box
Put the cover plate back on to the box and tighten the 4 screws on each corner with a screwdriver.
