- Head-Circumference
Measure 2 cm above the ears around the forehead. - Chest
Measure under the armpits, around the fullest part of the chest and shoulder blades. - Waist
Measure around the area where you normally wear your trousers. - Hip
Measure around your fullest point, approximately 20 cm below your waist. - Leg
Measure from the crotch to your ankle bone. - Hand Length
The length of the hand is the distance between the wrist and the tip of the middle finger. - Hand Width
Measure the circumference around the palm at its widest point.
