ASSEMBLY PROCESS

Inflate the sail board

A. Take folded sail board onto a flat place and unfold
B.Be sure that the valve is in the upright position
C. Take out the pump. Connect the pump hose to the gauge housing(the side that says inflate)and secure it tightly.①
D. Unscrew the valve cover(counterclockwise).Connect the hose ,from the supplied pump including sealing ring(black),to the valve and let it snap into place by turning the pump connection clockwise.②
E. Start pumping air into the sail board. Try to maintain the correct posture and leverage when filling the air.
F. After filling with air ,remove the pump by turning it half a turn(counterclockwise).Finally tighten the valve cover(clockwise).Only the valve cover can ensure the final air-tightness.

TIPS:

  1. The correct pressure for this pontoon is: Maximum 1 bar/15 PSI(=1000mBar).Do not exceed this!

Open the package

Open the package. Put all the pieces on the ground:
Bag, sail, boom, uphaul, mast base, extension base, mast

Flat the sail
Flat the sail. Connect the two parts of the mast.
Connect two parts by the spring pin.
Lock the two parts by the spring pin.


Rig the sail
Insert the mast into the sail sleeve
Insert the mast extension base into the mast
Put the rope through the metal hole of the sail and pull the rope Through the roller 1.
Put the rope through the metal hole and pull the rope through the Roller 2.
Put the rope through the metal hole and pull the rope through the Roller 3.
Pull the rope into the clamp, tension the rope.
Tie the rope around the mast.

Boom assembly
Open the clamp of the boom
Put the sail mast into the boom
Fasten the rope and lock the boom head.
Put the rope through the metal hole of the sail in the other end of the Boom (boom tail).
Put the rope onto the hook.
Put the tension on the rope and pull the rope into the clamp


Install the universal joint

Install the universal joint on the sail base

Link sail and board

REPAIR KIT
If your product needs repair,use the patches in the repair kit and follow these steps:

  1. Deflate the product completely,lay it flat and wait for it to dry.
  2. Cut a patch that is 2 inches larger than the tear/rip all the way around.
  3. Use alcohol to clean the repair area.
  4. Apply three coats of adhesive to the patch and the product.Wait 5 minutes in between each coat.
  5. Place the patch over the tear/rip.The adhesive will react quickly,so make sure the positioning is precise/accurate.Use the roller to ensure the patch lies flat and even.
  6. Wait 24 hours before re-inflating the product.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND STORAGE

  1. Before storing, rinse the product and accessories with clean water and allow to dry completely to prevent mold growth.
  2. If the product is stored outdoors, lift it off the ground and cover it with a tarp to prevent exposure to sunlight.
  3. Store in a clean and dry place.
