- From the watch screen, press the Home button to open the apps screen. 
- Double-tap the Settings icon  . .
- Tap Connections.
- Tap Bluetooth.
- Tap Bluetooth audio.
- Tap the applicable connection.
- Tap the Settings icon  (on the right). (on the right).
- Tap Unpair.
