Eligibility and Purchase:
To be eligible for the Special Exchange Voucher Offer, customers must purchase an eligible device from the Samsung website or Samsung Shop app during the Offer Period.
E-Voucher Redemption:
- Customers will receive the E-Voucher via email within 15 business days of completing the exchange journey.
- The e-voucher can be redeemed on the Samsung Shop app or www.Samsung.com/in for eligible products.
- The E-Voucher is valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
- Customers can only redeem the E-Voucher once against a purchase with a cart value higher than the voucher value.
- If the cart value is less than the voucher value, the customer cannot use the E-Voucher.
- The E-Voucher is a one-time use instrument and must be redeemed in a single purchase.
Restrictions and Refunds:
- Customers can order only one device per login ID to avail the offer.
- The E-Voucher is non-transferable.
- In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued, deducting the voucher value and benefits availed by the customer.

Special Exchange Voucher Offer
Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) introduces an special exchange voucher offer on eligible Samsung Galaxy Device (details mentioned under the table of point 1. below) (“Eligible Device(s)”).
- Customers who purchase the eligible device(s) with exchange but without availing of a bank discount and no cost EMI, shall be eligible for the following offer referred to as as “Special Exchange Voucher”::
Special exchange voucher offer (“Offer”): Customers who purchase the Eligible Device under exchange and without availing of a bank discount & a no cost equated monthly installment (NCEMI) will be eligible for an E-Voucher* (Gift”), which can be redeemed at respective Channel (as defined below). E-voucher shall be redeemable on all available products listed on the Samsung Shop app or www.Samsung.com/in .Channel : Purchase of Eligible Device Special exchange voucher [Referred as E-Voucher*] E-Voucher Redemption at Samsung website (India)/ Samsung Shop app (India)
Samsung E-Voucher* value (on Eligible Device): Galaxy S24 Ultra (All SKUs):- Rs. 6000/- Galaxy S24(All SKUs):- Rs. 5000/- Galaxy S24+(All SKUs):- Rs. 6000/- or Rs. 8000/- (on selected devices as mentioned below in Annexure A)

- The Eligible Device can be purchased from Samsung website (India) or Samsung Shop app (India). Offer will be valid only if exchange is applicable in purchase journey and during the Offer Period (as defined below).
- Process for redemption of E-voucher – Customers will have to follow the process given here under to redeem the Samsung Shop (India) (i.e. Samsung website / Samsung Shop app) benefit as under:
- Customer will be eligible for special exchange voucher offer if he completes the purchase Journey with exchange of select old device (Without availing Bank cash back & No cost EMI) during the offer period i.e. between 17th Feb , 2024 till 29th Feb, 2024 11:59 PM (“Offer Period”).
- Customer will receive the E-Voucher within 15 business days from the completion of exchange journey. E-Voucher will be sent via Email (Login Email id) but if the login is via mobile number then the E-Voucher will be sent via email to delivery email ID (as mentioned in purchase journey).
- The Customer can redeem the E-Voucher only once against the purchase to redeem the voucher. Cart value should be higher than the voucher value. In case the cart value while redeeming E-Voucher is less than the voucher value, the customer will not be able to use the E-voucher.
- E-Voucher will be valid for 10 days from the date of issuance (“Redemption Period”). In case the Customer does not redeem the E-Voucher during the Redemption Period, then the Customer will not be able to redeem the E-voucher in future also. Under no circumstances, customer can claim refund of this E-voucher.
- The E-Voucher is a ‘One time use’ instrument and needs to be redeemed in a Single purchase. It cannot be redeemed in parts. In case an E-voucher is not fully redeemed in one transaction, the unutilized balance value of the E-Voucher will be automatically forfeited.
- Customer can order only one device from one login ID to avail this Offer.
- Under no circumstances, E-Voucher will be transferable.
- Refunds against cancellation of “Special exchange voucher”, the amount paid for Eligible Device will only be issued after deducting voucher value i.e. Rs. 6000/- (for example, in case of Galaxy S24 Ultra), benefit availed by customer, where E-Voucher offer is sent to customer.
- By availing the Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS, WhatsApp or Email on the details provided by them for the purpose of this Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.
- This Offer is valid for Indian residents who have attained the age of 18 years or above.
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
- In no event shall Samsung be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Offer, its services and these Terms (however arising, including negligence).

- Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the Offer or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
- Samsung also reserves the right to substitute the Gift with device(s)/gift(s) of equivalent value under this Offer at its sole discretion without giving any reasons thereof. The choice as to the colour, make & model of the gift(s) shall be completely at Samsung’s discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
- All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi.
