The ORBIT WINCHTM is a winch mounting template designed for the 40QT model. It is compatible with the RA6402 winch model. The template provides precise mounting dimensions and includes information on the required fasteners.

Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the ORBIT WINCHTM MOUNTING TEMPLATE document is printed at a 1:1 scale. Check that the printed/reproduced copies match the dimensions indicated at the 1:1 scale before proceeding.
- Obtain the required fasteners: 5 x M6 or 1/4 stainless steel hex socket cylinder head screws, Grade A4-70.
- Position the base plate according to the provided dimensions.
The width should be 136mm (5 6/16) and the length should be 114mm (4 1/2). - Secure the base plate using the 5 holes. Insert the fasteners (screws) through the holes and tighten them securely.
- If applicable, select one of the 8 positions for fitting the self-tailer arm.
- Ensure the line entry point is aligned with the design for proper line handling.
