HDMI AOC Selection Guide
When distance, quality, and bandwidth are essential, choose HDMI AOC cables
Installation
- Connect one end of the HDMI AOC cable to the HDMI output port of your source device (e.g., Blu-ray player, gaming console)
- Connect the other end of the HDMI AOC cable to the HDMI input port of your display device (e.g., TV, monitor)
Cable Handling
- Avoid bending the cable beyond its recommended bending radius to prevent damage

AOC Technology
AOC stands for „Active Optical Cable“, a hybrid cable construction of optical fibres for AV data transmission and copper conductors for the 5V power supply and control signals – a carefully judged balance of two technologies providing both high performance and high reliability

The unique hybrid construction of AOC’s means they can be slimmer, lighter and stronger than traditional cables. PureLink HDMI AOC’s include triple shielding for the remaining copper transmission and ultra-strong aramid fillers making them both resilient in installation and against interference.
Up to 48Gbps at 100m range
HDMI AOC’s open the gates to massive 48Gbps bandwidths over huge distances of up to 100m. Traditional copper HDMI cables simply cant compete at this combined range and bandwidth.
