ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Note before starting: wait until the whole piece is assembled to tighten the bolts completely.

1. Attach seat (B) to legs C & D. Make sure notches in legs are facing forward. Starting from the outside, insert one 1/4” x 2 1/4” wafer bolt (AA) under each side of the seat. On the inside, place a 1/4” washer (FF) and 1/4” lock nut (GG) on the ends of each bolt.
   
2. Attach brace (E) to assembly from step 1 using four 2 1/2” screws (BB)
   
3. Attach arms G & F to legs C & D using two 1/4” x 2 1/4” wafer bolts (AA) going from the inside out and finishing with a 1/4” washer (FF) and 1/4” lock nut (GG) on the ends of each bolt.
   
4. Attach seat back (A) to chair assembly using two 1/4” x 3” wafer bolts (CC). Apply Loctite to the ends of the bolts.
   
5. Attach hinges (H & I) to chair assembly. Starting closest to seat back, use one 1 3/4” wafer bolt (DD) on H & I, applying Loctite to bolt ends. On furthest side from seat back, place one 2” wafer bolt (EE) in each hinge, outside going in. On the inside, finish with a washer (FF) and lock nut (GG) on each side.
   
6. Attach J to back legs using two 2 1/2” screws (BB).
