FAQ
Q1. Why there is no video output?
1. Pls check the input and output device connection is alright , the HDMI cable is alright and the HDMI cable connection is alright. 2. Pls use standard HDMI cable. Q2. Why there is no audio output from HDMI port?
1. Pls make sure that there is audio output function on the monitor. 2. Pls set the external monitor as default audio output device. Q3. The video format is 4K@60Hz as promoted, but why does my computer video format is ONLY 4K@30Hz in practice?
Pls check whether your computer supports DP1.4 or not, if yes, its video format is 4k@60Hz(Max.), If the computer ONLY supports DP 1.2, its video format is 4{@30Hz in real use. Q4. When connecting a wireless mouse or keyboard, it may not work properly?
Pls add a USB 2.0 extension cable between the hub and the receiver. Because most wireless device like mouse, keyboard, and Bluetooth device work in the 2.4 Ghz wireless band. USB 3.0 port has potential for interference that can affect the device’ s performance.
