When the product leaves the factory, 10-50% of the power is generally reserved. It is recommended to charge the product firstly to ensure the use effect. It takes about 2.5-3 hours to fully charge at room temperature. The actual charging time varies according to the environment.

How to Use
Guidance
- Filling water:
Take out the water tank, open the silicone cover, fill it with clean water, and close the silicone cover.
- Put the water tank back into the mop body, and press it to be parallel to the mop body as the below picture shows.
Turn on/off
- When you put down the pole by the handle, you will hear a click to activate the product: short press the power button on the handle to turn it on, the product will start working as the below picture shows.
- After the power is turned off, please restore the pole to an upright state, and a click will be heard when itis upright.
- When the pole is lying flat or not upright, if there is no operation for 30 minutes, the product will goes into sleep state. To start the working, the pole needs to be upright first, then put down to activate, and short press the power button to turn on. If the mop product is not using, the mop pole should be in an upright state to keep well.
Main Function
- Water Spray Function
If you need to wet the ground, press the water spray button, and the water outlet will spray water mist to wet the ground. - Illuminating Function
Short press the light button to turn on the light, and then short press to turn off the light. - Remote Control Battery Changing
When the remote control is out of power, disassemble the back battery cover by turning it counterclockwise with one coin ‘or something similar, and then replace with a new CR2032 button battery. The battery cover can be locked clockwise. - Charging
‘When charging, the indicator shows a red light, and a green light shows when the battery is full. Working time: about 60 minutes. The actual use time varies depending on the environment.
Charging time: 2.5-3 hours. - Cleaning Mode
‘Add water to the height of the word “level” in the basin as the picture shows, and the water will come out from the designed holes if the water ‘exceeds the level.
Put the pole upright, press the power button for 3 seconds, the wheels will start to rotate, enter the cleaning mode for about 3-5 minutes, and then step on the foot switch once, the water in the cleaning basin will fow into the wastewater tank and then the product enters the drying mode. After about 3-5 minutes, you can short press the power button to stop, then the two pieces of round cleaning cloth is cleaned, and the triangular loth in the middle can be get off and cleaned if needed.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- @ Something goes wrong? Before you want to fix it, try the following methods to solve it.

Can’t spray water | Check if there is water in the water tank. |
Check whether the water outlet is blocked. If it is not used for a long time, it may be blocked by scale. Try to use citric acid soak for 24 hours before using. | |
No response from indicator light | Check if the charging port is loose, plug in the adapter again. |
Check if there is water in the charging port, if there is, please contact after-sales customer service. | |
Check if the adapter indicator is on, if not, please contact after-sales customer service. | |
Water stains/stains remain on the floor after use | There are much dust and debris in the cleaning area, use a vacuum cleaner/broom to clean up before use. |
The cleaning cloth may be too dirty or too wet, disconnect the power and replace the cleaning cloth. | |
The cleaning cloth may be washed with washing powder, and may be not thoroughly washed. The washing powder remains on the cleaning cloth. Please use liquid detergent to clean the cleaning cloth again. | |
If the cleaned area has not been cleaned for a long time or is a place with thick grease deposits such as a kitchen, please use detergent to clean the stained area once, and then do the mop cleaning. | |
It may be the residue on the floor after cleaning with the detergent used before, and it needs to be cleaned several times with the product. | |
