Kraus Isolated Risers for <Bar Name>
The Kraus Isolated Risers are designed for use with <Bar Name>. These risers provide enhanced vibration isolation and improved ergonomics for a comfortable riding experience. KRAUS ISOLATED RISER LEG REPLACEMENT INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION GUIDE:
- Loosen but do not remove two ½ x 13 bolts on the bottom of the triple tree.
- Remove one bolt and swing riser assembly to one side of the motorcycle
- Use heat to loosen Loctite in the upper portion of the riser leg.
- Use impact gun and 5/8 Allen to loosen the riser leg.
- Apply blue Loctite 243 to the new riser leg inner threads
- Install new riser leg and torque to 55 fibs
- Repeat the process for the opposite side
- Reinstall two ½ •13 × 3 bolts with blue Loctite to the riser leg and torque to 55 ft-lbs.
TOOLS NEEDED
- ⅝ allen 3/8 or 1/2 drive
- ¾ socket 3/8 drive
- Impact gun air or electric
- Heat source map gas, heat gun
