Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the power adapter:
- Connect the included AC adapter to the back of the dock.
- Connect the power cable to the adapter.
- Plug the power cable into a wall outlet.
- Connect the USB-C cable:
- Connect one end of the USB-C cable to a USB-C port on the laptop.
- Connect the other end of the included USB-C cable to the USB-C 3.2 Gen1 host port on the front of the dock.
- Video specifications:
- For one monitor: DP++ and HDMI ports support Single 4K (3840×2160) @ 30Hz. VGA port supports Single 1080p (1920×1080) @ 60Hz.
- For two monitors: DP++ and VGA or DP++ and HDMI or VGA and HDMI ports support Dual 1080p (1920×1080) @ 60Hz.
- For three monitors: DP++ and VGA and HDMI ports support Single 1080p (1920×1080) @ 60Hz and Dual 720p (1280×720) @ 60Hz.
- If you want to use three displays:
- Option 1: Use the DP++ and HDMI ports for a triple monitor setup, with your laptop as the first screen.
- Option 2: Connect three external monitors via the DP++, HDMI, and VGA ports, but your laptop screen will not be available.
