The TV tray is not designed for anyone to stand on, sit on, or change babies on, etc. The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by using the TV tray for these purposes.

Secure the tray legs [B] to the connector [C], then secure the solid rod [D] to the connector [C]. Make sure both of the tray legs are at the same height
Attach the tray leg assembly to the hooks on the bottom of the tray [A]
Snap the solid rod [D] into the hooks of the tray
Pinch the both buttons on the tray legs [B], then adjust the legs to the desired height. Ensure the two legs are at the same height.
Loosen the pre-assembled bolts [S] on the fixing rod [E]. Attach the fixing rod [E] to the tray legs [B]. Secure them with the bolts [S] to make the TV tray legs more stable.
Unscrew the bolts to disassemble the fixing rod [E] before folding the TV tray. Pinch the both buttons on the tray legs [B], then rotate the legs as shown for easy storage.
