Installation Instructions

Note: This device is designed in compliance with ASME All2.18.l/CSA 8125.1 standards. A small amount of water is intended to flow from the spout when the diverter is engaged. This is a safety feature to help prevent unintended release of water.EZ-Flo-15080-Tub-Spout-with-Diverter-fig-1

Turning counterclockwise, remove old tub spout (A). 1/2″ Threaded Connection

  1. Remove all debris from the threaded end of Stub Out Nipple (8). Turning clockwise, wrap two to four turns of Thread Tape onto threaded end of Stub Out Nipple (8).
  2. Turning clockwise, hand tighten new Tub Spout (A) onto Stub Out Nipple (8).
  3. Turn shower “On”. Test for leaks. Caution: do not use if leaking from rear. Wall damage can occur.
