Troubleshooting

| The floor washer is not working | Water shortage in clean tank | Add clean water in the clean tank |
| The dirty tank is full | Empty the dirty tank | |
| Brush roll is not installed | Install the brush roll or replace it | |
| Low battery power | Fully charge the product | |
| The brush roll is entangled with hair or other things | Clean the brush roll | |

| The suction is weakened | The dirty tank has reached its designated capacity | Take out the dirty tank, and empty the dirty water |
