Add oil.IconAssembly > Add Engine Oil.
Recommended 10w30 non synthetic oil on first use, up to 18.6 fl. oz. (550 ml) DO NOT overfill.

Start Up

Connect up male hose adapter (Supplied) to pump

Check connection between both male and female hose adapters. Remove male from pump assembly and mate into female and turn on water supply. If low or no pressure adapters need to be replaced. It recommended that a brass female hose adapter is used otherwise plastic and brass doesn’t always mate correctly.

Add fuel.IconAssembly > Add Fuel
DO NOT use El 5, E85 and ONLY use octane 85 or above unleaded fuel.

Connect up incoming mains supply.

Turn the fuel valve “ON”.
Assembly Instruction

Turn on water supply.

Connect your nozzle
Before triggering the gun, select a nozzle (see manual for types)

Purge air from system and gun
Pull the trigger on the trigger gun to purge all air from the pump and hose. This may take several minutes. DO NOT start the engine until a steady stream of water is flowing from the nozzle.

Turn on Engine

  1. Turn engine switch to “ON” position (A).
  2. Rotate the fuel valve to the “ON” position (B).
  3. Move the throttle lever (C) to the “FAST” position.
  4. Move the choke lever (D) to the “CHOKE” position.
  5. Pull the starter cord slowly until resistance is felt and then pull rapidly.
  6. As engine warms up, move the choke lever (D) to “RUN” and adjust the throttle (C) as needed.

Pull trigger to initiate spray.
