- Download and install the myQ app on your smartphone.
- Create a myQ account and log in.
- Add the Wall Mount Garage Opener to your myQ account by following the app instructions.
- To open or close the garage door remotely, open the myQ app and select the Wall Mount Garage Opener from the list of devices.
- To check the status of the garage door, open the myQ app and view the current status displayed.
- To grant guest access, open the myQ app and add up to 2 family members as Co-Owners. Additionally, you can provide temporary access to friends, babysitters, repair people, and dog walkers by granting guest access through the app.
- Ensure the automatic door lock is activated for enhanced security.
- If there is a power outage, the battery backup will automatically kick in to keep the opener functional.
