Instructions for use of digital thermometer
- Take the thermometer out of its housing.
- Slide aside the lid at the back
- Lift up one side of the lid and insert the batteries in the battery compartment
- Press to close the cover and slide it into place
- Reinsert the thermometer into the housing
- Insert the thermometer (with housing) into the thermowell of your fermenter
