Installation Instructions
Push the green lock lever and release the cartridge.
- Shake for 3 seconds to evenly distribute the toner.
- Take off the orange protective cap.
- Slide the green tab from left to right,then return it to its original position.
Below are a few frequently encountered error messages and their corresponding troubleshooting steps:
◆ No Toner Error:
If you encounter the “No Toner” error, try resolving it by turning off the printer and then turning it back on. Open and close the printer cover to ensure proper recognition of the toner cartridge and restore normal operation.
◆ Error report like Drum! Slide the green tab on the drum unit:
If you encounter this error, simply follow the printer’s instructions and slide the green tab located on the top of the drum unit to clean the slider. Once the slider is clean, carefully return it to its original position to resolve the error.
◆ Cannot Detected or Put the Toner Cartridge back in Error report:
To resolve the this problem, you can try the following steps:
- Turn off the printer.
- Open the printer cover and carefully remove the toner cartridge.
- Inspect the cartridge for any visible issues or obstructions.
- Reinsert the toner cartridge securely into its place.
- Close the printer cover and turn on the printer again.
By performing these steps, you can help the printer recognize the toner cartridge properly and resolve the error
