Malfunction Analysis and Troubleshooting
| Malfunction | Analysis | Troubleshooting |
| All indicator lights in red or no light, unable to start. | Ran out of battery. | Charge it for 3 to 5 hours to make sure that it gets a full charge. |
| All indicator lights flicker in red and green alternately, unable to start. | The jar is not tighten to the base. | Tighten the jar and base, make sure the magnet is aligned with the power button. |
| Stop working, all indicator lights flicker in red for 8 seconds. | Ingredient is too thick or volume too big, motor overload protection | Add some liquid or cut ingredients into smaller pieces or shift into Pulse Mode, then restart it. |
| Leakage. | The seal is not placed properly; jar/cap is cross-threaded. | Check seals; check th zread alignment when screwing on jar/cap. |
Before blending frozen fruit or ice, please ensure the blender is fully charged in advance.
It is recommended to shake left and right during the blending process to fully mix and prevent clogging.
NOTE :
- Product is suitable for USB Type-C cable. Suitable for power bank charging as well.
- When not been used for a long time, charge it fully first to keep battery in high voltage state in order to prevent from damage.
Cautions
- DO NOT remove the lid or add in something rigid in your blender when it is blending.
- DO NOT submerge the base into water to prevent base elements from damaging and make sure it is off before cleaning.
- DO NOT disinfect your blender in microwave or hot water above 80°C.
- DO NOT put your blender in freezer.
- DO NOT clean your blender with any kind of metallic spiral ball to prevent parts from scratching or damaging.
- DO NOT clean your blender with a dishwasher machine.
- DO NOT charge your blender when it is wet.
- DO NOT repair or disassemble it by yourself otherwise your warranty will be void. If malfunction occurred, kindly contact us.
Your First Blend
Make sure your blender is fully charged by checking whether all indicator lights are green before your first blend.
Tighten the body and base until the magnet is aligned with the power button.
Remember to clean it immediately after use.

1%- 17% ：no lights
18%-33% : 2 green lights on
34%-50% : 4 green lights on
51%-67% : 6 green lights on
68%-83% : 8 green lights on
84%-99% : 10 green lights on
Fully charged, all green lights on, red light off
Procedure
Step 1
Cut fruits into small pieces before adding into the blender to fill up about 60% of the jar capacity.
Step 2
Add some drinkable liquid until it reaches 80% of jar capacity.
Step 3
Tighten the lid and tilt down the blender to make sure fruit pieces are not stuck under the blades.
Step 4
Blend Mode: Click once power button to start blending and green lights flashing.Slightly tilt it back and forth while blending if desired.
Click once again to pause.
Pulse Mode: Double-click power button to enter into pulse mode.
While yellow lights flicker,press and hold the power button repeatedly to pulse.Pulse mode will automatically end after 5S of inactivity and yellow lights off.

Double click to switch into pulse mode,organge lights will be on.
Bottom cover
The USB port is waterproof. It is prohibited to soak the base in water or put it into the dishwasher for cleaning to avoid damage to the battery after water inside.
Do not mix with hard shelled fruits, nuts, and large pieces of frozen fruits.
It is recommended that fruits or vegetables be cut into small pieces of 1 inch/CM to avoid jamming of the blade and blocking protection.
The blender can be directly rinsed with water for the blades and base. but do not soak it for more than 30 minutes.
