The JMB-22 is a table-style electric rebar bending machine. The unit ships with a heavy-duty stand for the machine, bending rollers, steel carrying case, tool kit, standard foot pedal control switch, and a one-year limited manufacturer warranty.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the JMB-22 Electric Rebar Bender is placed on the heavy-duty stand for stability.
- Connect the bending rollers to the machine according to the roller sizes needed for the specific rebar bending task:
- For 55mm roller, use part number JMBP-00081.
- For 79mm roller, use part number JMBP-00082.
- For 96mm roller, use part number JMBP-00083.
- For 120mm roller, use part number JMBP-00084.
- For 150mm roller, use part number JMBP-00085.
- Refer to the parts guide to identify and assemble any additional parts required for the specific rebar bending task.
- Ensure that the JMB-22 is connected to a power source.
- Use the control pedals to operate the rebar bending machine as needed.
- After completing the bending task, disconnect the power source and carefully store the machine, bending rollers, and all components in the steel carrying case provided.
