Product Usage Instructions

1. Remove the glass.
2. Install the lamp.
3. Clean the luminaire. Use only maintenance products that are not high-pressure cleaners.
4. Close the luminaire.

Installation

• Undo screw at wall bracket.
• Remove mounting plate from wall bracket.
• Pass the power connecting cable through the cable entry in the mounting plate.
• Note position of application of the mounting plate “arrow down”.
• Fix the mounting plate with enclosed or any other suitable fixing material onto the mounting surface.
• Be sure to use the gasket rings supplied.
• Make the earth conductor connection and the electrical connection.
• Make earth conductor connection between wall arm and mounting plate.
• Push plug into coupler as far as it will go.
• Note position of application of the luminaire “arrow down”.
• Place the luminaire onto the mounting plate, adjust and fix it.
• Open luminaire.
• Undo screw in luminaire top and remove it.
• Remove glass.
• Insert lamp.
• Insert glass and assemble luminaire top.
• In case a compact fluorescent lamp is used the outer lampholder sleeve can be shifted upwards to cover the lamp base completely.

Relamping · Maintenance

• Disconnect the electrical installation.
• Open the luminaire and clean.
• Use only solvent-free cleaning agents. Change the lamp.
• Check the gasket and replace, if necessary.
• Close the luminaire.
• For cleaning, do not use high pressure cleaners.
