Getting Started

*Your cleaner comes to you fully assembled in the package. *

  1. Place your power supply about approximately at the middle point between both ends of your pool and a few meters/feet away from the edge of the pool. (Fig 4.1)
  2. Put the pool cleaner into your pool and wait until it has fully submerged. If needed, manually submerge the cleaner. (Fig 4.2)
  3. For optimum performance, place the vacuum at a spot in the pool farthest from the power supply.
This is the proper length of cord needed for the robot to reach the entirety of your pool. Remove any extra grey floating cord from the pool and secure near the power supply with the provided reusable cable fasteners. NOTE: Leaving extra cord in the pool will increase chance of cord tangling
  4. Plug in the power supply to a nearby electrical outlet. A blue status light should turn on.
  5. Unscrew the cap next to the switch (Fig 4.3). Insert the end of the floating cord into the outlet revealed (Fig 4.4). Take note of the orientation of the plug and outlet.
  6. Screw tightly in the nut from the floating cord. Flip the switch in the middle to the side with the blue light (Fig 4.5). This will turn on the power supply.
  7. Press the power button at the top of the power supply to turn on your robotic cleaner (Fig 4.6). Note that a red indicator light should turn on (Fig 4.7).
  8. To turn off your cleaner, press and hold down the power button for 3 second. Alternatively, you can flip the switch to the opposite direction turning off the power supply.
  9. When cleaner will no longer be used or will be stored for extended period of time, replace the cap attached to the power supply.
*If the red or blue indicators lights are flashing, please refer to Troubleshooting section.

Cleaning the filter basket

  1. Open the cover on the top of the cleaner to access the filter basket (Fig 5.1).
  2. Use both hands to lift up the basket using the handles at the side of the basket (Fig 5.2).
  3. Flip open the baskets lid by pulling the tab at the front of the basket (Fig 5.3) and dump the contents inside.
  4. Dump out the debris inside the basket. Use a hose to spray water and clean the filter screens. While the filter basket is removed from the vacuum, spray the inside of the cleaner with water to remove any small debris that may have accumulated inside the cleaner.
Then hose the entire unit off with fresh water including the cord and swivel.
  5. When cleaned, place your basket back into your robotic cleaner. If basket is not properly aligned, it will not lock into place.
  6. Press down on the handles to lock in your basket (Fig 5.4).

Troubleshooting

Symptom Possible reason(s) Solution(s)
Pump is running but robot is not moving No/not enough power is going to robot
An object is blocking robot’s rollers, tracks, impeller
Unplug power supply and take robot out of water. Open basket cover and remove basket. Check that there no foreign object in the impeller. Check that there is no foreign object blocking the track or rollers
Pump and drive roller are not
operating
Robot is not connected to power supply
Power supply turned off
Check that the power supply is on
Check all connections from robot to power supply
Robot does not pick up debris when
running over it .
Robot is not climbing.
Clogged/full basket
An object is stuck in impeller or grill
Clean the basket and filter screens. Clean fine filter pad if used Check if basket is inserted properly. (refer to chapter Cleaning the Filter Basket)
