INTRODUCTION
Mortise lock with motorized locking/unlocking and mechanical deadbolt.
Key Cylinder (by others) will override electronics to retract latch bolt.
DS deadbolt security for enhanced privacy (when ordered).
DS – DEADBOLT SECURE
Extension of the deadbolt will disable the electrical control of a fail secure lockset locking the OUTSIDE trim.
Retracting the deadbolt will enable the electrical control.
Free egress at all times.
