Cleaning

Always wash the product by hand after use.
Do not use steel wool or anything that may scratch the coating. Dishwasher detergent and waste powder that solidifies cooking oil can affect the surface.
The base is slightly concave when cold, but expands to flatten out when heated. Always leave the cookware to cool before cleaning it.
This allows the base to resume its shape and helps to prevent it from becoming uneven with use.

This cookware is suitable for use on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.
The cookware is provided with Teflon® Select non-stick coating, which means you can cook food with little or no fat or oil at all.
Do not let the cookware boil dry as the base becomes skewed from overheating and the coating may lose its non-stick properties.
Use only wooden or plastic utensils without sharp edges.
When using the cookware on an induction hob, use it on a zone that has the same diameter as the cookware for best performance and to save energy.
Bear in mind that the cookware gets hot during use. Always handle with pot holders.
Always lift the cookware when moving it on a glass ceramic hob to avoid the risk of scratching the hob.
