A night of wonderful sleep awaits you! Your custom comfort pillow can be adjusted to the perfect firmness, making this pillow the ultimate in personalized comfort.
To use your custom comfort pillow, follow these step-by-step directions: Turn satin side facing you.
Find zipper opening along edge of the pillow (Figure 1).
Open zipper.
Grasp plastic cap and turn counter-clockwise to open (Figure 2).
NOTE: Cap will NOT come off. It is not meant to be removed.
To Reduce Crown Height and Remove Air:
- With valve open, firmly place pressure on center of pillow (Figure 3).
- Continue applying pressure until the pillow is desired height or firmness.
NOTE: Do not release pressure. Air will return and pillow height will change. - Maintain pressure while turning the plastic cap clockwise (Figure 4) and close the valve.
To Increase Crown Height and Add Air:
- Open the valve, as shown in (Figure 2).
- Pillow will slowly rise and air will return naturally.
NOTE: To add air more quickly, a “fluff” pillow. - Turn the plastic cap clockwise (Figure 4) and close the valve.
