Product Information
This is a model #590-SA assembly instruction for a damp-rated fixture. The product includes a center stem, swivel, crystal ball, mounting hardware, canopy, collar ring, collar loop, quick link, hanging chain, fixture loop, and candle sleeve. The fixture requires 12 candelabra base bulbs with a maximum recommended wattage of 60 watts.
Product Usage Instructions
- Attach the center stem onto the wiring house.
- Attach the top of the center stem onto the swivel.
- Place the candle sleeve onto the socket and insert recommended bulb (not included).
- Dress the crystal ball onto the bottom of the fixture.
- Adjust the flat metal rings to the preferred angle.
Note: Use LED bulbs for extended use.

How to Install
- Attach the center stem onto the wiring house.
- Attach the top of the center stem onto the swivel.
- Place the candle sleeve onto the socket and insert recommended bulb (not included).
- Dress the crystal A onto the bottom of fixture.
- Adjust the flat metal rings to the preferred angle.
