This equipment is a multi-functional cleaning equipment for cleaning air conditioners, range hoods, refrigerators, washing machines and other household appliances. Common problem:

Problem	Cause of issue	Solution
The machine over heats or emits smoke	① The equipment does not absorb water ② The equipment does not absorb enough water ③ The insulation cotton of the roasting equipment causes	①②Solution:Stop the machine for 20 minutes and wait for the machine to cool before using it to ensure that the equipment absorbs water and the dry humidity is adjusted to the maximum. ③Note:This phenomenon will only appear when it is just used, and after three or four times of use, the phenomenon of smoking will not appear again.
Main uni switch ligh does not ligh up afte plugging in	① The socket is loose or faulty ② The problem of the machine switch	① Solution: Check whether the socket is powered on and whether it carries more than 2500W of power. ② Solution: the switch needs to be replaced
Lengt hened elbow leaks	The rubber ring is damaged	Solution: Put another rubber ring or replace it with a new rubber ring and tighten it.
Too much water in the steam	Excessive water content is a normal phenomenon	Solution: If dry steam is required, you can adjust the wet and dry adjustment knob to the maximum.
Low steam temperature	The temperature out of the nozzle is the highest, which can reach more than 100 ℃. With the increase of the spray distance, the temperature will gradually decrease.	Note: Since the spray is steam, the temperature will drop rapidly in a short time. If you need to achieve the best cleaning effect, please keep the distance between the nozzle and the stain within 3cm.
Does not produce steam	No steam due to scale blockage	Solution: It is necessary to remove the scale inside the machine, and use a descaling agent or citric acid to inhale the same as when the steam engine is working, and it takes three to five minutes.
Automatic shutdown or small steam output	Shutdown or small steam output due to scale blockage	Solution: Twist the steam outlet pipe to see if the main engine can emit steam, and clean the scale on the inner wall of the main steam outlet
The water pump does not work The performance is as follows: the switch indicator light is normal, but the sound of pumping water cannot be  heard, and there is no water flow in the water inlet pipe.	① The terminal wire connected to the water pump falls off ② The scale is not cleaned regularly, causing the evaporator to be blocked. Solution: Try to remove the scale first, if the machine still can’t work, you need to replace the evaporator. ③The water pump is broken	① Solution: disassemble the machine and re-fix the terminal wire ② Solution: Try to remove the scale first, if the machine still can’t work, you need to replace the evaporator. ③ Solution: replace the water pump.

Machine maintenance:

1. After accumulative use for 10 hours, add water with citric acid or descaling agent, let the machine inhale the water and work for a few minutes to remove the internal scale. (If the water quality is poor, the scale needs to be cleaned regularly)
2. This equipment cannot inhale water containing detergents to prevent corrosion or blockage of the machine, and shorten the use time.
3. The device should be placed at room temperature to avoid freezing of the residual moisture inside the machine and blockage caused by placing it in a place where the temperature is too low.
