How does the microphone arm work?
You can use the microphone arm for the following Use voice control features.
Mute/unmute microphone
To mute the microphone, move the microphone boom above. To unmute, move the Microphone boom down.
Accept incoming call
To answer an incoming call, move the microphone boom downward.
Notice
These microphone boom features are enabled by default. You can the microphone arm settings with Jabra Sound+ (Google Play | App Store) on your smartphone or with Jabra Direct on your Configure computers.
The microphone boom is designed to point inwards towards the mouth to be rotated. If the microphone arm is turned outwards, this can happen This could damage the headset.
