Tools required:
a. Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench;
b. 10mm, 13mm Wrench;
c. 4mm Hex Bit Socket;
d. 10mm, 13mm Shallow Socket;
Installation time:
About 1.5 hours, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.(PLEASE VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT AND READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION!)

Installation instruction:
Step 1: First, remove the factory vehicle’s tailgate hinges and replace them with our reinforced tailgate hinges. Secure them in place using the factory vehicle screws and use M8*25 hex head flange bolts for the leftmost hole. The middle screws do not need to be installed.
Step 2: Next, in the holes where no screws were installed in the previous step, use M8*25 hex head flange bolts to install the system part (2) on the reinforced tailgate hinges.
Step 3: Next, if you are installing a spare tire, assemble the spare tire rein forced bracket and system part (3) with your factory vehicle spare tire rack using M8*65 screws.

Step 4: Next, assemble system part (4) using M6*16 screws and nuts.
Step 5: Next, assemble cargo rack using M6*16 screws and nuts.

(7) M6*12*1.5 Flat Washer
(7) M6 Flange Hex Lock Nuts
Step 5: Finally, assemble system part (1) using M6*16 screws and nuts.

(8) M6 Flange Hex Lock Nuts
