Multiple 365id Scanners with Mews
365iD Multiple Validate ID Documents Scanners - Symbols GLOBAL ID VERIFICATION

CHECK 365ID SCANNER SETTINGS IN MEWS

All 365id Scanners must be correctly set in Mews up to work correctly. If not, information from the scans will not be transferred into Mews.
STEP 1
From the Mews mail menu go into the Marketplace submenu.365iD Multiple Validate ID Documents Scanners - SETTINGSSTEP 2
In Marketplace select My subscriptions. Check that there is only one “365id Scanner” and one “Passport scanner integration”. Any multiple subscriptions must be removed. If you had multiple 365id Scanners you must report your remaining access token to [email protected] to get a working integration. Select Passport scanner integration -> Edit and then Passport Scanners. 365iD Multiple Validate ID Documents Scanners - SETTINGS 2STEP 4
Check that all 365id Scanners that shall be used is named and the correct serial number is present.365iD Multiple Validate ID Documents Scanners - SETTINGS 3STEP 5
Go back to My Subscriptions and select 365id Scanner -> Edit365iD Multiple Validate ID Documents Scanners - SETTINGS 4STEP 6
Under Connected devices select the 365id Scanners that shall be active and then press Save. Check that Mews verifies that the changes are saved.365iD Multiple Validate ID Documents Scanners - SETTINGS 5STEP 7
Now all selected 365id Scanners are ready for use

FIND MY ACCESS TOKEN

The 365id integration must have the correct access token to work. You can find your access token under Marketplace -> My subscriptions -> 365id Scanner365iD Multiple Validate ID Documents Scanners - SETTINGS 6
